GramToTola provides the following services free of charge through the Site:

• Conversion Tools — Our gram-to-tola and tola-to-gram converters use the internationally standardized value of 1 tola = 11.6638038 grams (180 troy grains). While we strive for maximum accuracy, you should independently verify all conversion results before relying on them for financial transactions, commercial trade, or legal purposes.
• Gold Price Data — Our live gold price per tola feature displays real-time precious metal rates sourced from third-party APIs. These prices are provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or an offer to transact at the displayed price. Actual market prices may vary based on your location, dealer, purity, and prevailing market conditions.
• Blog Content and Educational Resources — Our blog articles, guides, and educational pages covering topics such as gold measurement history, investment insights, purity standards, and regional practices are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. This content does not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited by these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site

• Misrepresent data obtained from our conversion tools or gold price feeds as guaranteed, certified, or official pricing

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GramToTola expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability — We do not warrant that our conversion tools, gold price data, or any other service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Fitness for a particular purpose — Our tools are general-purpose informational resources and are not tailored to any specific financial, commercial, or legal purpose
• Accuracy and reliability — While we use the standardized conversion factor of 1 tola = 11.6638038 grams and source gold prices from reputable APIs, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is complete, accurate, current, or error-free at all times
• Uninterrupted availability — We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times without interruption, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if GramToTola has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Site exceed the amount you have paid to GramToTola, if any, for accessing the Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• CoinGecko API — Our live gold price data, silver price data, and other precious metal rates are sourced from the CoinGecko API. We do not control, operate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data provided by CoinGecko. CoinGecko's use of data is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policy. Price data may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate due to factors beyond our control.
• Google Fonts — The Site uses Google Fonts to render typography. When you access the Site, your browser may make requests to Google's servers to load font files. This interaction is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data to understand how visitors interact with the Site. This service may use cookies and similar tracking technologies.
